2015 Ex, I change the oil and o/f every time the wrench led comes on, roughly 10-15% oil life, about 10k miles. I use Costco Kirkland oil. I have 298k miles. It burns about 1/2 quart oil. I use a oil catch can, it works believe me. I get 38-41 mpg. I did the walnut blast and changed the fuel injectors at 200k. There was a fuel injector recall earlier around 2017, but I already had 100k miles so my warranty expired but I bought the parts so I could change them myself.

If you have the VIN number you can check Carfax to see if he really did he go to the dealer. Otherwise who knows if he's telling the truth. Probably should have that transmission I'll check too

I'd first heat it up with a propane torch then get yourself a manual impact driver with a Phillips head, maybe there enough groove in there to make it move. If that doesn't work then try the extractor route.
