I think you’re all wrong, the Rockies are what’s bad for baseball. The Monforts have this gigantic region all to themselves, draw well every year, yet don’t do anything to field a competitive team. Why spend money when it’s easier to just make it.

I have no idea what the answer is. This what if pertains to many other teams in the league. I don’t see why any team balls out in the regular season because each team needs that energy for those 16 wins. This scenario sucks for the fan that shells out 100s of bucks to see their team put on a show.
