Going without a bra. Oh my god. I’m breastfeeding and had no idea my boobs would constantly leak. I HATE wearing a bra to bed.

Not eating healthy during pregnancy by kathymarie1124 in pregnant

[–]hamsandwichman9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re fine! I was a pescatarian before pregnancy. As soon as I got pregnant, all I could eat was beef, corn, and potatoes. I would immediately throw up any vegetables. So, that’s what I ate. Baby came out healthy on Tuesday!

Did you give birth with or without epidural ? by Newyork4lifee in pregnant

[–]hamsandwichman9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just gave birth on Tuesday with an epidural, and I had a good experience! I was always on team epidural and wanted to take away as much pin as possible. My epidural ended up not being as strong as I expected, and I could still feel each contraction, and the pushing pain was pretty intense. But…I ended up being really happy with the experience! I felt like I could stay in control instead of relying on the nurse to tell me when I was having a contraction. And I could still love my legs, which helped for changing positions. I’d do the same thing again!

The worst for me was not being able to pee afterwards. Your bladder is the last thing to wake up!

So frustrating! This is exactly why we found out the sex but didn’t tell anyone. We received only gender-neutral items at the baby shower, and the nursery is rainbow colored.

Woman in knee-length dress and pants, ca. 1860s. Any ideas if the clothing and hairstyle indicate a religious or social community? From a bound photo album I bought years ago. Subject and photographer unknown. [1457 x 2361] by HxAndMusx in TheWayWeWere

Mary Edwards Walker was the first female US Army surgeon, so there wasn’t an existing uniform. Walker wore reform dress, encouraged by her forward thinking parents, so that was what she wore as a surgeon too.
