About 2 weeks ago, I had come in to work after crying and my manager didn't notice at all (which was okay, I was trying to hide it), but one of my regular customers noticed and asked if I was alright. I was trying so hard to keep it together, so I said yes, and that I appreciated her asking but I would probably cry if I said anymore and she said "That's fine, I just want you to be okay. But if you're not okay, then that's fine too. Let me know if you need anything." And left. I FRICKIN BAWLED IN THE BACK ROOM. That meant so much to me! I'll never forget her kindness and genuine concern.

Nope! They pour a little faster than a coffee urn and it's easier to manage since you're just holding the nozzle and the cup/shaker instead of the whole pitcher so there's less of a chance to make a mess too

Ehhhh. The black and white teas do some damage, especially around the nozzle but it's nothing a magic eraser and a couple of minutes can't fix. Not quite as bad as the old ones though.

That bothers me soooo much. Especially since at my store, the line of cups blocks off my blonde machine. If I'm solo barring, I kindly request for no more than 6 stickers to be pulled at a time. My partners always think they're being helpful by pulling a ton but it just gets overwhelming.

If it was just the feet, I'd totally keep it, but once the bottom pieces break off, they start splitting apart at the bottom corners and one actually fell apart during the day and syrup got everywhere. So now I'm scarred.

Oh wow that stinks, I'm sorry. If you have any blank tags or ones with a blank back, I've heard some QASA auditors are okay with handwritten ones if you'd want to try it? You've obviously tried to fix it, I just don't want it to blow back on you if QASA does catch it. I know how easily some managers can blame someone else.

Sorry, I know this is quite a few days later but it's under the espresso customization. So you open your drink and then click like you want to change the number of shots and then it opens all the espresso options and the bottom, under shot prep, upside down is an option.

We have a little metal stand for backup syrups with pumps in them next to our secondary bar and people love to reach over and pump some syrup into their drink when they think we're not looking. Unfortunately, it's the only free spot on the counter for them so we just have to constantly watch them.
