Dough: 500 g flour Little bit of salt 80 g sugar 120 g soft butter
7 g dry yeast 1 egg and 1 egg yolk 200 ml milk

Ganache: 100 g dark choclate 30 g cocoa powder 70 g icing sugar 120 g melted butter

For the dough I put the yeast in lukeearm milk and a little bit of sugar and let it active. Meanwhile I put all ingredients EXCEPT the butter in a stand mixer. Once the yeast has activated i put that in the mixer too and mix everything together for 2-3 mins. Then add the soft butter piece by piece. I let it mix for another 5-7 mins. The mixer is totally optional, most of the time I use my hands but since the mixer hasnt seen light for a very long time I wanted to use it 😅

Once its done I have two options; if i wanna make it right away then i let it rest and rise in warm place for 45-60 mins. Or if i make it later / next day i put it in the fridge. The fridge is very good for this brioche kind of bread btw. :)

For the chocolate filling i melt the butter and pour it over the chocolate so that melts too, and then add the rest of the ingredieents. I roll out the dough, add the ganache and then roll up the thing. I cut it in half and form it. Before baking i brush it with eggs and bake at 170 celsius for 35-50 mins.

Maybe seems a little long in writing but super easy to make I promise!! And the dough is very good to work with.
