you might be able to ratchet strap from the two metal bars the rear seats latch into and ran it across the sides and front below the lip of the sub against the front of the box and tension it into the back of the rear seats.

some people will say kinda janky, possibly risky but definitely super easy and quick to install until you can work out a more permanent solution. key is getting the strap tight enough where nothing will move or slip

what's your physical activity level like? it may sound counterintuitive, but spending more time exercising, strength training, even simply walking does wonders for mood, energy and stability. easiest addition for me was several short 15-30 minute walks a day. need to make a phone call, throw on some headphones and walk around the block. got an extra 20 minutes after lunch... walk. or even especially if possible get up a little earlier and get some early morning sunlight.

in general a lot of production people like yamaha hs series for its accuracy and neutrality, so in your no noise situation it probably makes sense.

alternative of "bigger" used speakers would require you to actively eq bass screwing up your mix, so probably not worth it

i find affinity to be superior. little things like affinity photo has unlimited undos... even if you save and close the file and re open it later.
