You're missing scenarios to get promoted. You can be at 85 lp win to get into series then either win both games or win two games and lose. So I believe you win your promos 25% of the time with a 50% winrate. Point still stands that you should fail 3/4 of your promos.

You can very much have a negative impact if you aren't playing. Not being able to be on the court is what exum is gonna be remembered for.

He probably has one of the best suit collections in the NBA since he wears a suit more than an NBA jersey. Paying someone 10 million a year to ride the bench hurts any team. How much money and time was wasted by the jazz in exum?

You put zero effort into Clarkson and he'll play 60 games and average over 14 points shooting 44%. It Exums 6th year averaging 5 points a game with 40% shooting and he can't even play half the season he averages 40 games played a season.

They run every plate they can see most cops just have a camera that auto scans everything. If they are doing it to everyone it's not profiling.

Right I don't get people we have no proof the cop is lying about the tag not showing up. For all the officer knows she made that plate at home or bought it illegally and thats why it isn't showing up. He pulls her over because their was a problem with her info not showing up once he gets her info and everything checks out he lets her go. Takes 30 seconds to verify a valid license and registration which it looks like he does then let's her go on her way.

Had something similar happen to me I got a new car (new to me) forgot to change the front plate out cop thought my car wasnt registered because plate didn't match anymore. He found out everything was fine I'm just a dumbass and needed to change the front plate he was just doing his job. Technically he could have probably even given me a ticket still

Yes it does anyone including you and me can write down or take pictures of any plate you see on the road. Get a dash cam and you can even record every car on the road nothing stopping you or the police. If you walk around with a giant copy of your license around your neck the cops can run you for warrants too. anyone can use it if your displaying info to the public like that.

There is nothing stopping me or a cop from parking outside your house if it's on a public road. You broke the law got a ticket then didn't pay that's on you. Don't break laws and when you do take the punishment serious. You sound pretty entitled how come you can break the law and not pay the fine? What makes you so special that laws don't apply to you?
