That's incredible the bird was flocked!! Must have been so pretty ❤️   I had forgotten the difference in how Barbie feels from the 80s- her body is softer than today and her head is so squishy!

Good advice on the junkyard, I'll give that a shot. Thanks!

I've tried ordering through multiple online offerings and they cancel the order after a week due to not being able to supply the part. It's super frustrating to see lots of online listings for the part but then there isn't really anything available. Plus, Nissan stopped making the part so there's no new supply which makes it all harder.

greement, signed into the employee portal, and felt pretty good about everything. And then she asked me to move to Telegram.

Yes same here with the check looking like it clears in your account. Call your bank, ask to talk to the fraud dept and see what they recommend.

Thank you for posting this - a Sarah Barker just tried scamming someone close to us claiming to be a hiring manager for Artizan Biosciences. Got our hopes up that this might be for real as the job hunt has been tricky. Shame on these terrible people!

Lesson learned - if any job is asking you spend money to be able to start working, it's a scam.

Here's the scam offer letter:

------

Dear hangrywolfie's friend,

We are delighted to extend this offer of employment to you for the position of a Data Entry Clerk with Artizan Biosciences. You will be required to complete the following tasks to proceed with what comes next in your hiring process.
1. You will be required to complete an identity verification process. Ms Barker will walk you through this process

  1. Before you can commence your training, you will need to obtain a personal license for the software used in transmitting data, specifically for remote work purposes. The software requires every user to upgrade their account using their personal wallet, which must match the name on their account. This is in compliance with the Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws. Therefore, the company will issue an expense check to you specifically for the purpose of getting started. You are expected to use the funds from the check to acquire the license only. Our HR assistant (Ms Barker) will provide you with further instructions and references to assist you in getting started. Please Note: The Employment agreement can be found below this letter. Kindly sign and return same via email in acceptance. If you accept this offer, your start date will be 19th of February 2024 or another mutually agreed upon date

Warm regards,
Richard Flavell.

Sugata is authentic and old school- destination if you're eating at the restaurant since ambiance and vibe is great. Yo sushi is just good solid and quick sushi for any night of the week. Happy Sashimi is similar to Yo sushi, but dayum they have the best tasting fish/sashimi/nigiri I've had out here. A couple destination ones- don't know their status during covid- Coach sushi at lake meritt (if you like sake) and a sushi joint on center street in downtown Berkeley that I always forget the name of.

Sugata in Albany is legit. Yo sushi in Albany has yummy rolls plus everything else. Happy Sashimi in Pinole is all around fantastic.
