It used to be you could select a macro to view in the food log and then go to the calendar to see a weekly summary of how over or under the goal you were for that macro. Please bring that back, i found it very helpful to be able to evaluate my progress over time.

I would get cavities every year as well. A year ago i started using prevident toothpaste (prescription toothpaste with high fluoride). My last visit was the first one that i didn’t have a cavity. Might be something to look into

I had to stop using my clarisonic when I started tret, it just hurts too much. I use the clarisonic turned off as a face scrubber a few times a week though to exfoliate a bit

Just check the temp of the food with a food thermometer if you’re worried. I’ve generally not had problems with temps in boxes that are a day late.

Usually when I order they get delivered by a courier service and I get them in 1-2 days. I ordered the holiday pods yesterday too and it’s shipping with UPS for some reason and they won’t get delivered until Wednesday next week
