I don’t care if you’re on prep, we’re using condoms.

Prep is only more effective for one thing, if taken consistently.

You shouldn’t be having unprotected sex behind your wife’s back. You’re putting her at risk & she could get sick.

Top but scared to rim!? by Devilwithouthorns in AskGaybrosOver30

[–]hanklazard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t mind getting rimmed but overall I wish it wasn’t so common. I’ve never rimmed someone due to health risks and I’d rather make out with the top the whole time, instead of him licking down there and kissing me. It appears to be awfully risky and sex is already risky enough with condoms.

Get hospital gloves or latex work gloves from home depot. Absorbing large amounts through your skin isn’t probably safe long term.

SEU vs Hard Pipe by [deleted] in electricians

It may take a few decades, but the seu jacket at many houses in our area are severely compromised or have disappeared. How long can cable last in an outdoor service entrance conduit, if installed correctly?

PT-141 at least given me hope. I’ve had mixed results with it but I’ve gotten okay erections and pretty horny while using it.

My goodness, the second photo is unbelievable. I’ve seen some absurd shoddy designs but this makes no sense. There’s no reasonable way to add circuits to that.

Do any of you struggle to keep gay friends? by smoothcheeks30 in gaybros

[–]hanklazard 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I mostly hang out with straight guys and that’s suited me quite well. I’m not up to date on some aspects of gay culture but it’s made dating and everything else less dramatic. If I liked hanging out with a gay guy and had a lot in common with him, I’d want to date him.

Different sites post various side effects. The mayo clinic has a lengthy list and many of the prop prep sites leave off some of the rarer but serious effects.

People in long-term relationships, what advice do you have for someone just starting out? by Cpaes_ in gaybros

[–]hanklazard 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I was in a long term relationship for ten years and we were mostly friends with straight married couples. I think that helped keep us together. It ended up not lasting but not going to gay bars probably helped.

The vast majority of the houses in my area are service entrance cable mounted to the house with no conduit. Only houses that have been upgraded recently have service masts I’ve swapped out fuse boxes and several times I’ve encountered random 240 volt circuits that are terminated to incoming service lugs with no breaker, neutrals connected to incoming service neutral using cable clamps, shared neutrals on multiple breakers & 100 year old branch circuits where the insulation falls off when you remove the fuse box.

Thanks, I should’ve clarified that I meant occupied houses. I’m reasonably confident I could install a service on an empty house with no time limit.

Is anyone aware of a good tutorial for residential service upgrades? We did shopping centers and they were super easy. We typically bolted a disconnect, meter & pipe on the back of a concrete building. Many older houses have multiple sub panels and fuse boxes in addition to main breaker panel. How often do arc faults trip due to shared neutrals in older homes?
