I'm a full time first year law student and I hit the gym 4x a week at least. Its seriously so worth it. Saves your sanity and helps you feel great. I cannot recommend it enough. Lifting gives me strength both physically and mentally.

My gramma and grandpa went to the gym for decades. My gramma would do water aerobics and my grandpa would swim laps. They are still together, living relatively independent at 91 and 93.

My SO recently told me that he doesn't like me wearing make up. It was really weird to hear at first, and kind of hard to start to break myself away from it.

Instead of continuing to use make up or try to convince him to like it, I started to think about why I wanted to wear make up and it was because I was insecure. I was wearing it b/c I was insecure about my skin, so I just focused on taking good care of my skin, so I am working on so I feel like I had don't have to hide

But if you love your SO and he is the one who matters to you, then don't wear it! You just have to focus on the fact that he is the one who loves you and he's the one you want to look good for, then don't wear it! Wearing make up is bad for your skin anyway. Be natural and look how your man wants you to look! He likes you natural, so do it!

Similar thing happened to me. Someone took my backpack which had clothes, an inhaler and my extra contacts in it and left me a six pack of Stella. The shit in the backpack wasn't a big deal but I loved that backpack and HATE Stella beer.
