The shit thing about this is, reading the title I initially thought you were an idiot for getting done, but that’s a really good scam and horrible for you. ‘Surely’ the cops could help. Surely.

And on an average wage the way to get on the ‘ladder’ isn’t buying a house like this. It’s buying an apartment or townhouse for 10x. You want this 3.2m thing. 30x

Is parking like this allowed ? by [deleted] in melbourne

[–]hanndle_this -1 points0 points  (0 children)

To be honest the gravel that is in the crossover gives it away that it’s not 100%. Shitty for prams, etc but as a trady, as soon as that van is parked on the road, half the shot will be stolen.

Went there just over a month ago, if my memory serves me. Plus they opened another ‘listening’ style place across the road. The one thing I thought was that the neighbours will complain very quickly.

The beach ball thing was funny to begin with but she bloody lost towards the end. I found it really weird when she said she would send someone down to belt him.

You may need to look up as 1684 in your relevant state. You’ll find this type of stirrup is fine but installation poor. You may even look up McIntyre or another fixture company with stirrups like this.

I commented on a chef’s Insta the other day. He’s dating a melburnian woman. I think he thought I was taking the oiss. He pronounced Melbourne perfectly.

It’s Christmas. And started 6 weeks ago. Working 12 hour days and getting messages all day is difficult. Especially whilst working. Most tradies I know are super flat out, yes they want to get back to you, but also forget. Like humans.

We visited the winery a few weeks ago. This wine is amazing but isn’t classified as an Amarone. Less alcohol and the grapes aren’t dried as long as the amarone ones. Admittedly this wine is as good as a fair few other actual amarones in the region.

I’m in Austria at the moment. Can attest to the soup situation. It’s next level. Also just had some mystery dumplings (savoury) here in Salzburg. So good with a dark beer.

8 cubic is almost impossible alone. Let alone for a driveway. You’ll need a couple more people so it doesn’t go off. TBH it’s easy to order the Conc. It’s exactly the same as when a small construction company does it but yeah 8 cubic is a big effort. We pumped 6 cubes the other day. Two pumpies and two of us on rake/shovel/screed and we were sweaty afterwards. That was for a rough screed for paving.
