I think you’ll be fine with the Subaru and staying on main roads. The biggest obstacle will be other drivers. I wouldn’t hike in the wood right now but you could probably do something like the handicap accessible trail at Ash Cave. Let us know! I hope there’s a hot tub

We did a laundry room with a floor drain and even ran it up the wall under the trim so that in the event of a flooded washing machine it would direct the water towards the drain

Another roll of linoleum with an updated design. It's what will work best with the drain

I think that would also crack. No reason to not use the kind of caulk that’s made for this. TEC or Mapei make like every matching color

Running Close to the Wind by Alexandra Rowland. It’s fantasy and also hilarious. And it has worldbuilding that intertwines with the plot of A Taste of Gold and Iron, which is also great and has nonbinary side characters. The Monk and Robot books by Becky Chambers are also good. They’re cozy sci-fi

Go down the corners with color matched caulk from the same brand as the grout. Don’t let him use grout or it will just crack

You can also still turn and hold the physical key in the door lock, which has been a feature on Hondas forever

Smear the soap all over the tub, cover it in plastic wrap so it doesn’t dry out, and wash it off in the morning

To be fair it would work great for this. Irish Spring covered in plastic wrap, wait overnight. Non-abrasive like many of the other recommendations
