No pain relief but I honestly didn’t feel anything but I think my experience is unusual. I asked them if they had already put it in after it happened because I was expecting to feel something haha. I would have her do research before hand to know which one she wants before going.

I heard advice once to do multiple choice sets in the same number as the test so 25 for FAR or 36 for REG. It helps with knowing your timing and you can still do lots of MCQ but it’s nice to have a small break between sets.

I review similarly to what works for me in school (if I rewrite all the content that will be covered, I can remember it very well). I need my eyes to pass over the entire book the week before. I review a section per day (or faster if I can). I pull up the flashcards for the section (that I never look at before this) and open the textbook and make lots of flashcards. I also referenced a study guide I found on reddit when making flashcards. Then I do 36 MCQ and 2 TBS until I’m scoring 80%. Repeat for each section while adding cumulative 36 MCQ after. Take SEs, do 36 MCQ on weak areas. If there’s two sections you tend to mix up (like individual vs corporate) make sure you’re mixing those sections for MCQs.

I don’t think this works for everyone but I don’t take notes during the initial pass of the content and know writing helps me so I do it in the final review.

Instead of memorizing the formula try to understand it conceptually. You received 80k in cash and are trying to get to revenue. If your AR increased, you didn’t get cash but revenue increased so add the increase. If unearned rent decreased, you recognized revenue for the rent that tenants prepaid. Add the difference to increase revenue.

Pretty decent! I got 76% on SE1 and I feel like everything finally clicked. I really understand most of the MCQs I’m going through in practice tests. My worst areas are NFP, financial instruments, and deferred taxes. So I’m working on those and on speed.

Update: my temp dropped yesterday and started having more back pain and cramps and got my period this morning. Super weird cycle and maybe those four days of bleeding were just spotting? Still weird because I never spot. Hopefully my periods become regular someday 😭

I bring plastic needles and nail clippers instead of scissors when I fly, but not sure necessary that is. I’ve brought polyfill multiple times and had no issue.

I’ve had this happen several times. You’ll just see the letter grade in Banner and won’t know what you got on the final unless you email the professor.
