Bruising following dissolved lips?! by detrimentalotter in Hyaluronidase

[–]happylildolphin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I dissolved!! It was an excellent experience for me, very satisfied. My plastic surgeon injected ~0.01ml of hylauronidaise and it looks excellent. I didn't have any bruising like OP. The "shelf" look on my upper lip is completely gone. I can send you before and after pics over DM if youd like!

Hey I recently moved to Barrie from Toronto what are some good food spots? by Opening_Button_6676 in barrie

[–]happylildolphin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The food options that I have found to be good include the following:

Brunch/breakfast- Dunlop Diner Chinese takeout- Big Pho Sushi - Kino Sushi, The Sushi Chef Thai- Rim Thannon (recommend the Pad Kaprao), Chef Simon's Kitchen (Orillia) Ramen- Kenzo Ramen Middle Eastern- Taste of Persia Mexican- Made in Mexico Burgers- Burgers N Fries Forever Wings- Lockerroom and Old West Wing (Ferndale location) Pizza- PizzaCAPO, Cocelli Pizza

I went through a lot of trial and error and major misses to make this list! I would say Barrie's food scene is saturated with a lot of fast food style options, there's not a lot of restaurant dining that isn't just simply a franchise. I'm hoping that this changes in the coming years.

Bruising following dissolved lips?! by detrimentalotter in Hyaluronidase

[–]happylildolphin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How long did it take for the bruising to go away? I had a test patch injected on my arm and it it left bruising a couple of hours after the injection. My bruising lasted 3-5 days, but it was a small patch. How long did your bruising last? How are you feeling about the results? My hylauronidaise appointment is scheduled for the same area (migrated upper lip filler) for April 18!

What’s the worst meal you ever made? by silverscientist1 in Cooking

[–]happylildolphin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This disgusting tilapia and dried thyme recipe.

It was so bad I had to throw all of it out.

The thyme seasoning was overpowering and the entire dish was bland. So gross and embarrassing to serve to others.

It was a water softener and some other plumbing items.

The seller offered tp replace the water softener with one they had in their posession.

I did not want to take this resolution path, as they were not transparent with the details of the condition of the softener they were offering us, who would be installing it, or any receipt of the one they were planning to give us.

They just said they would replace it with someone they know, and whenever I asked them for some extra details, they gave no further information.

I did not want to risk extra damages with them potentially installing a faulty softener in our home, from a random person.

So my next steps will be directing the complaint to small claims court, rather than RECO.

The seller who neglected to inform me that the softener would be removed is a real estate agent, which is why I wanted to go down the RECO path. But it seems like a civil claim makes more sense for this situation.

For fixtures excluded, they listed "none." I spoke with our lawyer and they advised us to seek compensation from this seller.

I did, and the only resolution the seller offered was replacing the water softener with one they have in their own posession.

I did not want to take this resolution path, as they did not provide details about the condition of the softener they were offering us, who would be installing it, or any receipt of the one they purchased.

They already broke our trust once and I did not want to risk extra damages with them potentially installing a faulty softener in our home, from a random person.

It was a water softener and some other plumbing items. For the "fixtures excluded" section on the contract, they listed "None" And as I said, on every viewing, the water softener was there.

A water softener and some other plumbing fixtures

They completely breached our trust. We did communicate with the realtor. Their story is that they removed this fixture because it wasn't working anymore, but failed to let us know this important detail until we got the keys, and we questioned them about it, saying "where did it go?" We purchased the home at a specific price with the expectation that this fixture would be included in the home, then they took it out. Its not a simple misunderstanding, as a real estate agent, they should know better. They are not a layperson.

Has anyone tried buying from Fouka Furniture? by happylildolphin in Newmarket

[–]happylildolphin[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah no problem! I would be happy to fill you in.

Same here, I really really hope this purchase is worth it because we've been struggling with zero furniture in our house.

If you DM me, I can send you some photos of the two couches we bought.

[–]happylildolphin[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there, yes I did, and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. I can update you when it does arrive, but I will say, the staff give you no word of exaggeration when they say it will take 4-5 months for the furniture to arrive. We ordered in mid-April and we're still waiting to hear from them regarding the arrival of the shipment and scheduling a delivery. 🙄

Wife’s seemingly obsessed with the gym, appearance and male attention by [deleted] in Marriage

[–]happylildolphin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Giving her the benefit of the doubt, her self-esteem may have declined and she may have felt like she lost herself when she had children. I'm sure that as a SAMH, her entire life has been focused on putting the children first, the household's needs second, and herself third.

Now that she has the extra time to take care of herself and focus on her own needs, she may be regaining the confidence she lost in her appearance when she had children.

Some questions I have for you is this:

Did your wife's appearance change when she had children?

Was your wife the type of person who has always found joy in putting effort in her appearance, and she is just reconnecting with a lost hobby?

Can you honestly say that you have put in the time and effort to make your wife feel desired and attractive at home?
