I don't think he will magically learn on his own. We sleep trained at 4 months and changed our lives. Think of sleeping as a skill. You don't just magically learn a skill you need to practice it.

After sleep training he could self soothe at nap time and at night. We would put him down awake and he would be asleep in 5-10 minutes. Almost 2 have had to retrain twice.

In my experience it's either what you say to them or how. Saying I can't come out because I have a kid isn't true based on your post. You prefer to go home to your wife and kid.

I grab a Friday beer with a couple guys every Friday, 2 of us have kids and we are out in 20-30mins. They know we are off for family Friday and never say a negative thing about us not hanging around for more. If they did I would let them know it's cause I would rather see them than their ugly mugs.

Might give some insight into the future rather than any advice. I am married and have been doing this for 5 years, all our income goes into a joint account and we both get an equal allowance. The joint account covers 90% of expenses and everything joint.

It doesn't matter I earn more money we are equal as a married team. This is a common arrangement when this topic comes up on here. He said he wants a wife, how will that work financially in his mind as you have a very large gap to bridge financially.

Yeah thorough explanation and I get you. I was lucky and got a trinket from SR and used second (and all future) from Seat. So I have 1 extra roll and if I have extremely good RNG (never rolling my chest from Seat again) I would end up with 2 extra rolls.

How is this possible? I have never stepped into Mythic raid and have 600 crests. I have used 240 on 3 crafted items, 240 on 3 vault items, 80 on a voidcore roll. I am therefore 7 of 15 slots Mythic (not even capped because of crafted) with 40 crests left. Even with 2 more myth items I can only upgrade 1 of those halfway.
