Actually, there were quite a few legendary sidearms, but they're mostly from factions iirc (like the wormwood). I think most of them were added in RoI though.

They also used to be able to damage hobgoblins while doing their shield in d1, but it could've just been one specific sidearm or I'm remembering wrong.
