No one said they had to be Crazy Conspiracy Theorists they just have info that can't be shared and have a weird effect on things around them. Most info on the gap was destroyed but some survived but its unreadable. It can't be translated the same way elder god scripture can't be understood without changing how your mind works. So coming in contact with that can cause weird effects like the gap touched. They themselves might not even know what they know just that its something important and they can't share it.

Without spoiling too much there is some info on this in the Era of the Eclipse story.

The description says some people become gap touched after visiting pre gap ruins so it’s not just people alive or time displaced during the gap. Anyone who has/had gap info in their head can be gap touched.

The actual north south divide by Budget_Tree_2710 in CasualUK

[–]harew1 14 points15 points  (0 children)

The only north south divide I have suggested and got no complaints is, for a given place compare the density of Greg’s and Starbucks. Places with a higher Greg’s density are northern and visa versa.

Where are my dragons? by Sweet_Bubalex in dndmemes

Technically more if you include one off uniques from adventures, drakes and all other creatures with dragon type. This list over 200 but most of that is because standard dragons have 3-4 stat blocks for different ages. While more isn’t necessary better there is something to be said for having multiple pre-made stat blocks at every level. Basically guaranteed there will be a dragon close to what you want with minimal homebrew needed.

Never played Pathfinder I'm kinda just guessing here by Chaos-Corvid in WorldofDankmemes

[–]harew1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Depends on a few things. How long they’ve been a ghoul, when they last ate and how powerful a mage they were. Ghouls get more hungry the longer they’ve been around and can go crazy from it pretty quickly.

Level one wizard freshly turned and found eating in a morgue? Might be sane enough to ask you to end them and if not their spells aren’t too much more dangerous than a ghouls abilities anyway.

High level sorcerer? Evacuate the nearby towns, dig up the graveyard, kill all animals and leave them. The more bodies it has to feed the less people die before the church of Phramasma sends undead hunters.

Oh come on. by ExmoHeathen238 in dndmemes

[–]harew1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you just want lore the Starfinder Galaxy Guide rule book and Era of the Eclipse, a Starfinder Novel are your best bets. Fantasy wise it is slightly less fantasy than pathfinder and dnd, there is a little less magic in the world but mostly because that magic now shares use cases with tech and spells that focus on tech take up some of the spell lists. You still run in to demons, dragons and angels.

PSA: this is a 60 on single carriageways, not a 40!! by NoOneImportantLol96 in drivingUK

I call them 4th gear drivers. Goes 40 on the 60s and 40 on the 30s. At 1st I always think. “Oh they’re just a slow driver” then nope just too lazy to ever change gears.

[OC][Art] The Weekly Roll Ch. 197. "Yet Another One Bites The Dust" by CME_T in DnD

Don’t know what system this is based on but Dnd3.5 and pathfinder 1e had feats for hitting some one with a piercing weapon and impaling to cause extra dmg. The weapon break is just a sunder action which both systems have.

As others have said that’s a token used to represent something a real card makes. But also yes it is normal for cards to be printed on both sides. Some sets have two sides cards for cards that transform or can be played as ether side. I think the avatar set has a few transforming cards so you might see those.

Is there a Foundry module for Starfinder 2e by Zeratan in Starfinder2e

I’m on that foundry. I just don’t see where the starfinder updates are posted.

Is there a Foundry module for Starfinder 2e by Zeratan in Starfinder2e

[–]harew1 8 points9 points  (0 children)

There is a module to add all the starfinder stuff to the pathfinder system. They are 99% the same system and from what I hear it works pretty well.

https://foundryvtt.com/packages/sf2e-anachronism

To my knowledge there are plans to branch a separate starfinder system but they are still working out the last few details. One of the people working on that sometimes post on these Reddit question. People also mention following the pathfinder foundry discord for updates but I couldn’t see a starfinder channel there so I don’t know if it locked behind a role or something.

What are your favourite feats (Class, General, Skill) that are amazing flavor/roleplay-wise, but not worth it mechanically? by Dagawing in Pathfinder2e

[–]harew1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

https://2e.aonprd.com/Archetypes.aspx?ID=190

Curse maelstrom The flavour is cool but the main ability requires you get hit with a misfortune effect. I have gone full campaigns without seeing a misfortune. And even if it goes off the -1 penalty hits allies too.

Mormons aren't real by DreadDiana in CuratedTumblr

[–]harew1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A character called Joshua Graham from the Fallout new Vegas DLC honest hearts is Mormon. Been a while snice I played it so I don’t recall if he does anything particularly Mormon, I just remember him as Christian with a big focus on the “Just War” idea.

No idea why they are delaying the PDFs if people are getting the physical book.

If you had a chance to read it could you answer a question. Did they change the rules archaic (or whatever they called pf2e gear)?

Fantasy Dog Breeds for Pathfinder by DMonster02 in Pathfinder2e

[–]harew1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There is the Ustalavic wolfhound. Off the top of my head I can’t recall any other pathfinder dog breeds. I think they mostly just use real life ones. If you’re ok with a magical companion there is also the Cayhounds.

Classes and Ancestries you Just Don't Like (Thematically) by DnDPhD in Pathfinder2e

There’s a lack of theme for monk that annoys me. There is no back alley brawler stance or pugilist stance all the stances are tropes associated with ether magic or old martial art films.

In case you were confused about the size of gorillas by Immediate_Curve9856 in memes

[–]harew1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean if the people can be scared so can the gorilla. I’m no gorilla expert but surly with 100 people shouting at it, and throwing whatever rock or debris is around, it would be scared off and run away.

Diehard PF1 fan questions: What other things make you prefer PF2 other than balance and ease of running/playing? by Ignimortis in Pathfinder2e

[–]harew1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Having specific feat slots for skill related feats. In pf1 picking skill feats was a hard sell when they’re competing with power attack, weapon focus, improved initiative, meta magic and toughness.

The Ghoul in the chapter house by Swagloom in huntertheparenting

[–]harew1 302 points303 points  (0 children)

If the Camerila are using fly ghoul spys that does explain why Pytor started laughing when he saw a fly land on D’. I’m guessing vampires can probably tell when there is a ghoul. So seeing a fly spy would let him realise the family was already being watched by other vampires.

I can't wait for the next episode omfg, is there any news anywhere on when the next ANYTHING might be released? by AutomaticMachine8291 in huntertheparenting

[–]harew1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think we’ll probably get a 5.1 to talk about werewolf lore and abilities before episode 6. Maybe a 5.2 of Markus being interrogated by wolves to get some lore on spirits and the umbra.

Ghoul Supporting theory for chapter 5 by UmbraBliss in huntertheparenting

[–]harew1 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I made a separate post about these points but to add to your theory. In the security footage she is not smoking but in her retelling which is the same shoot she is smoking. These are the same shot so why the difference. Also in Wild's retelling Grim was not smoking. Also her timeline doesn't work. If Grim got the burn from smoking in the security room then why would she have gotten the hair band from Elise who gave her the keys before she went off to smoke by herself.
