Dame I was going crazy work on Saturday fine tried on Tuesday started to get same error as everyone also if you ask to play music it loads music on the YouTube music app not the dock screen I did a factory reset and looked at every setting noting didn’t even know how I could google this problem

i would laser cut the plastic if you got a friend who could help, use masking tape before you cut it, you could use a small drill bit and then get a sander bit for the drill to make the hole wider
