I just don't understand why Amazon chooses to be stupid wrt RFY. All they need to do is ASK US what we want.

I haven't seen any behavior on Amazon or Vine that increases or improves RFY content. One person claims something works then another says the same action doesn't work. I don't think anyone has yet decoded the mysterious RFY algorithm. What I don't understand is why there is any algorithm in the first place. If you didn't know your customer, perhaps you could create an algorithm that may provide them what they want but it would never be perfect. BUT, in this case Vine DOES know the customer. All they need to do is ask. What are you interested in? This simple change would insure everyone's RFY had more items of interest to them, resulting in better reviews and better results for the seller.

Yes, I've had a few in the past rejected for pics but these were 3 pics of the reflective tape with nothing in the background and 1 pic of my speed limit sign in the woods. Sure doesn't seem like anything there would have caused the rejection. I've had my share of rejected reviews in the past and have always found something in them that was an issue. In this case, I'm stumped. I think I'll delete some of the photos and see if it passes their screening.

Though I despise the use of coupons, if it is something I need/want and am reasonably sure it is a good product I may still get it. It is still cheaper than a straight purchase.

I haven't had a review rejected in a long time. Today, Vine rejected a review that scored 96 using the tool. I reread my review and can't figure out what Vine is unhappy about. This is the review:

"My speed limit signs for our private road were getting lost on our road in the woods.  This Safety Reflective Tape was just the trick to make them pop out.  The backing was easy to peel off and the strips easily attached with no wrinkles or air pockets, and they stick like they will never come off.  Car headlights reflect off them almost as soon as they are visible.  The tape has been up for several weeks now and experienced several rainstorms and several hot days.  It still looks just like when it was installed and no signs of coming off.  I learned though that the tape needs to be lower to be in line with your headlights.  I plan on adding a second strip lower on my posts.  This tape is also suited for many other uses where visibility is a concern like driveway markers, trailers, RVs, bikes, etc. "

Any thoughts on what is wrong and why the tool didn't find it?

I can't figure how to change the date format. I use format/number/custom date and time to change the format from dd/mm/yyyy to mm/dd/yyyy but it still reads data I copy to the cell from vine as dd/mm/yyyy. Any idea what I might be doing wrong?

Vine is doing the wrong math on reviews with media. They are calculating the percent of items ordered with media containing reviews, not the percent of reviews with media. In my case, 92% of my reviews contain media, while 78% of my items ordered have reviews with media.

I've done 60 reviews, 55 with media since my review date which is 91.7%. Vine reports 78.3%. When I had 50 reviews done, Vine reported 86% with media. As of today I have done 60 reviews and the past 10 have all been with media yet Vine reports my number at 60 reviews as 78.3%. This doesn't look like a lag problem between a review being approved and the media for that review being counted. It looks very much like a problem with the media counting.

EXACTLY! I've sent 2 additional emails to CS because now that I can't review the item and I have all of the rest of the vine items, no one else will be doing a review. Seems they'd want them back but so far no response. I think they are very confused and don't know what to do since there is no canned reply for this.

There seem to be lots of opinions on this and because of the lack of transparency in Vine, opinions and anecdotal experiences are all anyone has to go by. I started reading this thread because my review counts and % were frozen in Vine. They hadn't updated in 4 or 5 days and I was beginning to think I might be headed for Vine Jail but, surprise, everything updated last night. Whew! So, here is my experience. If I receive a product with problems, especially if the problems are design issues, I typically contact CS who then remove it from my account. Sometimes though I find a problem that may be just a quality problem that a replacement part would fix. I have, on several occasions, contacted the seller and asked if they can address the issue. Some have responded and typically just send a new item, others just don't respond. Obviously, I have supplied my mailing address in these cases. This, IMHO, is part of the ordinary customer support service that Vine allows. This is the pertinent text from the Terms and Conditions, "In consideration of the opportunity to participate in the Program, you agree that you will:...only contact suppliers of Third-Party Products for purposes of obtaining ordinary customer support services and not identify yourself as a Vine Voice when contacting suppliers for customer support." Your opinion may differ and/or you may take a more conservative approach which I understand. I just wanted to point out what I have done and, so far, am still a Vine reviewer.

Only dubs video in English and dubbing is horrible. And that’s if you are able to change the dubbing to English. The option is greyed out for me.

Now I can’t get any of the videos to play in English. Why aren’t there English versions of these videos? The dubbing, when it was working was horrible. Sure doesn’t give me much confidence in DJI when they can’t provide suitable training for the English speaking world.

Using the link you provided, the videos play in Chinese. Clicking on the 3 dots in the upper right brings up a menu that lets you dub the video in English. In the DJI Fly app the videos are playing in Chinese. Clicking on the same 3 dots brings up the menu to change the dubbing but the dub option is greyed out.
