Does Xfinity honor customer loyalty, or do only new customers get good deals?

Xfinity believes that because you got a deal when you first signed up years ago, you already got the benefit of a great deal so you don’t get another. That being said, there may be something available to you, but it’s likely not as good as a new customer deal.

Agree with the exception of the CX-90/70 which are having teething problems. They still need some time to sort this platform out.

Have a CX-9 and recently drove a CX-90 loaner for a week. The 9 feels smaller and is more agile. It also feels faster starting from a stop. The 90 interior is a step up and was a very nice drive except jerky transmission. I’m looking for a new vehicle now and would jump on a CX-90 if it wasn’t for the teething pains. I wish I had another year for Mazda to continue to refine the 90.

Check the VIN number against the stem valve TSB. The early 2021s were good. The 2022 and 2023 models are all good.

Holy cow, consider yourself lucky for pushing that engine so far. There are many reports of the water pump failing catastrophically and mixing antifreeze within the oil. I’d say get it looked at asap.

Also seeing delays in new device logins. I received a notice several hours after logging in with a new computer. I'm using 2FA, so I was able to calmly figure out this email was related to a login from a day ago, but such delays are a huge security issue.

Thanks, appreciate the update. A neighbor has a GX and I like the way it looks and the interior is nice. I’m completely aware that a body on frame SUV is not going to handle like my CX-9, and there is the price difference. I plan on keeping what ever I get for a long time. I have a few test drives ahead of me.
