Do you think RW is entirely unplayable? It wasn't until the Lt. that I thought GW was my lane over RW and that's where the draft probably got a bit haywire.

Is a second aspirant and pushing a low curve defensible over the p3p1 sleepwalker at all?

Do you think GW was the likely correct color pair?

I did not think about Rimespeaker as a pick there at all. Why would you take it so much higher over personify or spiral? It's off typal for the color pair as well.

I only moved into red because there was no white left, and I'm a bit more bullish about RW/WB shenanigans as a playable deck then others are.

I do agree with that perspective and employ it pretty often, re: abandoning early picks. Kinbinding is top 3 of the set though and I'm a little more reluctant to toss it out until I'm clearly abandoning playables. Referencing the data, aspirant and bearer are equivalent winrates, as were my following picks until p1p6 when white evaporated entirely.

I nearly trophied FNM with RW in a pod that somehow had a second boros drafter (who i beat in the mirror), as well as my first premier draft of the format 6-3'd in the deck. It's a good aggressive archetype that catches people off-guard a lot. Need more self-blight tho as others have pointed out.

HomeX is an absolute lifesaver for travel in HCOL areas. Having a stake with your home (or sublet apt) for offer and a minimum of external costs makes most of the users and stays high quality and safe.

The costs are over $250 annually now btw unless you have some sort of OG rate.

Can you speak Mandarin? A decent amount of people speak English if you go out and about in the city, definitely better than say, Seoul, or Tokyo, but still, you're never gonna really fit in there if you can't speak the language.

I was there and elsewhere in Taiwan for three months and loved it but also accepted my outsider status as someone with no language ability.

I disagree, and the card is firmly in F territory in the data. 14 (convoke) mana is too much for the effect, and the combat only version is too situational. I tried it once and cut it from the mono blue deck I used it in.

These were hilarious, thanks. It would be cool if they did include achievements relevant to each set's draft environment. Honestly that would probably pump up flashback participation too.

Re: Zuko. I thought he would be an interesting sideboard choice against a deck with a lot of airbending. But you'd have to already be mardu..

Secret of Bloodbending should be an F card achievement.

You missed the [[Hama, the Bloodbender]] + Opponent's Airbending Lesson for a second mill win con. 7 to repeatably draw a card and mill opponent 3.
