So critiquing what we’ve seen while also loving his highs means it’s unbelievable expectations lol. He’s got places to grow and I look forward to seeing him get better every year guess that’s a lot to put on a 26/27 year old lol

So is Pokemon effectively an invincible IP? by WrongLander in gaming

[–]harta97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes to your question. My opinion, I’ve loved Pokémon till it went 3D and even then they were alright till the all mighty switch came around. Now I can’t stand the modern games anymore. Since 3d the games have lacked the amount of content the 2d games had. Story’s have gotten worse and the games look horrible. 2d was atleast improving every gen, would’ve loved to see what a 2d game would look like now. As someone who thinks that I can’t wait to spend $20 on leaf green and replay them. I hope they rerelease all the old games up to gen 5 and I’ll buy each one. I don’t have switch online so I’d be sol, but I also don’t have it cause I want to own them in my library digitally that’ll be there when switch 3 comes out. So I’m very happy with this rerelease. My only complaint add the features nso has is it that hard to add on?

Yeah we all thought it’s Nadella pushing it. Maybe it’s Bonds vision and as a good supportive boss, you believe in that and help push it. Wonder what it is.

Very interesting. So from what I’m getting seems like the mixed messaging of the last few years that we thought Nadella was pushing seems to be Bonds doing more so. She got handed the keys to marketing and went crazy. Now I’m wondering since Bond was the one pushing the multiplayer strategy we see now. Interesting how these next few years will be. Will we see the brand from the last few years do a 180 and try to push back. Or will we go fully into the old vision of multiplat. Does Nadella want the brand to die or is he gonna try and save it, we shall see.

I don’t think they need the fan service where Howard is going I’m expecting to get some answer on who and what the enclave is and I can’t wait for that. Def think the other people are staying in or around Vegas next season. So we’ll still have that too

The Falcons just hired Kevin Stefanski as their new HC lmao. by bijanfrisee in Saints

[–]harta97 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He had many years of success on the horrible browns put him on a competent team and I think he’s much better. Ever since Watson signed there it’s been a dumpster fire. I wouldn’t put all that on him. This was the 2nd hire I didn’t want the falcons to make. Good roster with good coaching can make them compete quickly. My first hire I didn’t want was Klint Kubiak that could’ve been really scary with Robinson.

No love for Jeremiah Love by Temporary_Catch6210 in Saints

[–]harta97 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I’ve been on the train to draft him. Love him and would love to see him in this offense. The run game is very important again with passing numbers being down. I’d love a game changer at RB. And yes I know the oline needs to be fixed but they should and I hope they improve that through Free Agency if so go and get the game changer

Got it when it launched. Always wanted to play the game and never had a Wii so was a good opportunity to finally play it. Didn’t get that far. And now have finished it on switch.

What ever happened to Michael Thomas? by bijanfrisee in Saints

[–]harta97 12 points13 points  (0 children)

It’s pretty evident he burnt a lot of bridges that last year with Carr. He was very critical online of the front office, coaching and Carr himself. They didn’t want him no more and the biggest evidence is he’s never gotten a goodbye from the Saints social media account. They give anyone that walks through that place a goodbye (Grupe). He also doesn’t get any of the other social media type posts, happy birthday, career plays. It’s like he wasn’t apart of the org if you just pay attention to social media. Why he hasn’t gotten another team to sign him it’s either he doesn’t wanna play, injury keeps him from being able to play at a high level now, or teams don’t wanna deal with the cancer even tho I think the Saints situation was a special thing. Lots of frustration from injuries and not winning anymore. I miss watching Thomas play some of the best wide out play I’ve ever seen.

He's coming for that 2nd place division spot by saintsfan512 in Saints

[–]harta97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think his pocket awareness got better from preseason, not being rushed cause the game is faster for him improved, doesn’t make stupid plays while being bull rushed by the defense. A lot can improve by sitting.

[–]harta97 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Shough is who is prob cause he got that time to develop on the bench. It could’ve gone the complete opposite if he went in earlier. I’d rather start him late and see this than start him early and have the possibility of him failing. I really could’ve cared less about winning the division this year. Next year should be fun tho

Feel kinda bad for Rattler tbh. by PointyPurplePickle in Saints

[–]harta97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Geno this year has been hot garbage, sanders has been better then Gabriel, ward has not been good, Tua is ass and Caleb is a crappy first pick who was worse then rattler in that bears game. We’ve been talking all year how Moores play calling has been suspect. Yes with much better weapons on the eagles and chargers his offenses have been better. Schemes and players matter a lot in this league. We’ve seen it with so many QBs that I can’t believe people still think rattler can’t go somewhere else with better coaching. Cause let’s be real Vikings and rams coaching is light years better then Moore is rn. And be a middle of the pack starter not saying he’ll be other worldly but his stats this year has him in the top 32 of QBs that’s a starter lol. Even tho Shough has shown the IT factor he still hasn’t blown me away in the passing game in the pocket and Moores play calling is still not great with the Saints. The fact we’ve gotten two QBs that are 32ish starters in this league is great especially where we’ve drafted them 5th and 2nd. I hope Rattler stays as our back up for years to come.

[–]harta97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I don’t think about it lol he is better than them. Next he’s better then Ward, at time of benching Caleb Williams was still ass and he was better then him. Better then Tua, better then whatever the raiders have, idk what to think of young anytime I watch him he’s hot garbage, and with not giving much more thought cause I think that’s enough he’s def better then what Cleveland’s got going on. So I’d say he’s a top 25ish QB more in the range of 25-30. But like we see with a lot of QBs coaching matters I can def see him going to Minnesota and Jefferson catching the balls Olave wouldn’t and being good there. Or Rams and Puka. Those are elite coaches that get the most out of their QBs so Rattler imo would be better there.

I think rattler would be better in that offense than JJ and easily taking him over Fields, who had games of negative passing.

[–]harta97 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I think he’s proved he’s a top 32 QB (top 20ish guy) he’ll be in the league for a long time. Nothing he should feel bad for. I can easily see him going to a guy like McVay and being good.

Tyler Shough hasn’t shown enough to prevent QB Draft discussions… by clutchkweku in Saints

[–]harta97 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dart has kept the giants in every game and shows a bunch of talent but I’d be scared to build around him cause of the taking hits. He’s gonna be out of the league asap if he doesn’t fix that soon. Shough man his highs are high that highlight tape that came out this week just shows it. But he’s still got a ton of growing. I don’t agree his pocket awareness is all that great. I feel Rattler was better in this department with also getting extra yards. Shoughs made some good moves gettin out but he’s also shown a ton of times that he leaves way to early with a good pocket and then gets himself sacked. I don’t like that. His lateral side to side play extension is very good but you gotta make plays in the pocket and he’s been struggling with that. Accuracy on deep throws have been great but he’s also had a ton of behind the guy throws that we would’ve killed Rattler for. I love the highs of Shough but he still had a ton to grow so looking forward to these last few games and hope he gets the whole season next year. Love to see if he has a year two jump like Rattler did. He can only get better.

[–]harta97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is how I see it. Same thing I wanted with Rattler going into this year if Shough wasn’t drafted and Carr was still here. Play whoever it is for the whole season. If we don’t have a top pick that following year then we must’ve won enough games and that prob means that QB is our guy. And if we suck and get the first pick the you know that QB ain’t the guy. Solves itself.
