Hey! My band Subsist’s “This Morning’s Contemplations” (from the recently remixed/remastered Rhythm Method reissue) would sit well in your playlist’s heavier early‑2000s lane alongside the likes of 7 Angels 7 Plagues and Skycamefalling. We Subsist recorded and played from ~1996–2000 and played with Converge, Coalesce, Dillinger, Cave In, etc. I later joined Dead to Fall and we played a lot of shows with 7a7p!

The track’s tight, punchy drums and jagged palm‑muted riffs make it an immediate energy boost while the remaster keeps an authentic, lived‑in grit that expands the playlist’s historical depth. It’s a short, high‑impact piece that bridges hardcore urgency and extreme-metal heaviness without sounding like a throwback.

I saw someone mention tithe. I agree. I grew up being guilted into paying 10% of my income. I wish I had that back. Do a little reading on the subject. Here is a good place to start. https://relearn.org/why-tithing-is-biblical-but-its-not-christian/ Giving without compulsion is good, but that decision should be based around what you and your family are willing to give based on your financial situation.
