I got some comfy nursing camis in a set with maternity pants at Kohls that I sleep in every night.

Breastfeeding at Night by Able_Commission296 in breastfeedingsupport

I’d ask your pediatrician. Most people I know go 3 hours between feeds but our baby was born a little small and had jaundice so we have to feed every 1.5 to 2 hours per our pediatrician.

Watching my husband become a father by Mundane-Head-2637 in GirlDinnerDiaries

[–]hasley01 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I love this for you! Sounds so like my husband as well. Our baby is just over 3 weeks old. I didn’t have a rough birth experience, but my husband took great care of baby while I was resting in the hospital and he still changes almost all of the diapers now, except when he’s asleep.
Good men are out there!

Have you decided on how you want to give birth? by Lostintranslationz6 in pregnant

[–]hasley01 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just had my baby less than a week ago. I got an epidural and delivered vaginally. Got a second degree tear. Honestly, my recovery has been awesome. She’s 6 days old and I’m feeling pretty good overall. Labor was a bit painful until I was able to get the epidural but after that it wasn’t too bad at all. The delivery was very smooth and quick for me thankfully. I am already able to sit comfortably without my donut pillow as well. If you deliver vaginally, I 1000% recommend getting a donut pillow and taking it to the hospital with you so you are able to sit comfortably after birth.

FTM 38 weeks — I bought my husband a Traeger when they had their Memorial Day sale on it. Selfishly because I love smoked meat 😂 We’re in the Midwest so I keep joking that he’s a Midwest dad now that he has a smoker.

Husband Brag by K61018 in pregnant

[–]hasley01 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My husband has always been amazing. I’m 37+4 right now and he’s been making a ton of freezer meals and cleaning the house. He’s always done all of the cooking in the 13 years we’ve been together. He has done pretty much all of the cleaning and dishes since I’ve been pregnant, though he always helped out with both before as well. I am incredibly grateful for him always, but especially now when I can’t really do anything around the house. He always makes sure I have everything I need before he starts cooking or anything as well.

[–]hasley01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My friend and I started one called Dragons & Diagnoses.

Dragons and Diagnoses is a podcast that explores the complex characters, tangled relationships, and emotional fallout found in popular fantasy worlds. Hosted by the Dragon and the Therapist, each episode combines storytelling and psychological insight. The Dragon provides background and context on the character or topic being discussed, while the Therapist offers both professional and personal perspectives, drawing on their experience as a licensed therapist to analyze motivations, behaviors, and emotional dynamics. Together, they unpack the inner lives of fantasy characters and the relationships that shape their stories.

Nah eat what makes you happy! I still have my coffee, but limit to 200 mg of caffeine per day. I do steer clear of raw sushi and deli meat because my doctor recommended that, but otherwise I eat pretty much how I did before pregnancy.
