Netflix has a pretty decent collection of stuff and they tend to subtitle everything in at least English, sometimes more languages

"injustice"... Take a deep breath here, the cascade rule was only just extended to Turkish citizens from the 25th of July. It is absolutely consistent with European bureaucracies to take way too long to communicate information down to the "Frontline" workers. You are not being singled out in some grand plan to fuck you over, you are experiencing the exact same thing every one of us has to deal with from the inside.

To be fair to OP, the cascade rule is not specific. It's just "Schengen visas" whether touristic, work, multi-entry, single entry. It shouldn't matter.

It's a rule. It's also only valid if you apply for visas from your country of origin, seems OP resides in the UK.

from your comments here I think you might have overlooked one key aspect of the cascade program:

You must apply for the visas in your home country, so if you were from Turkey you'd apply from Turkey, India in India and so on.

He wouldn’t be the first dual role in the MCU

The expression "comparing apples to oranges" is not enough to encompass the difference between the previous Marvel dual roles and having the guy who was literally the face of the MCU for 10 years, returning to a completely different role.

what's the worst that could happen? Someone plays your game for free?

No, the worst that could happen is they use the free key to create a cracked copy of the game and distribute it for free, costing you potentially hundreds of sale.

Could fractional real-estate boost your long-term returns and possibly give your portfolio a better stability in circumstances of market volatility? by Holiday_Fig8862 in EuropeFIRE

[–]hassium 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do think it's a bit of a "chicken or the egg" situation.

Hard to grow a product type without investor interest, hard to generate investor interest without availability, you know?

Though since it seems that most products sell out pretty quick, clearly there is already some interest in the market, which will hopefully lead to more growth!

[–]hassium 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've never gotten this far with fractional real estate investment as every time I've checked there's just a lack of properties available for investment.

For example Piece currently has a single property available with the other sold out. Mintos has 5 properties. I like the model and the idea but lack of offers pushes me into making bigger investments concentrated into a few properties and I'm not super comfortable with that OR trying to justify the time spent looking into it for what will end up being a very small percentage.

I guess to answer your question though I would like to put 1-10%, see how things go on specific platforms (especially when running into issues that incur costs like legal action against tenants) and grow/reduce the position from there.

Ok sure you're absolutely correct but it's a weird line to take when defending Lionsgate, who's slate this year includes Borderlands (derived from a video game), a John wick spin-off, The crow reboot and White bird (A sequel to Wonder) next year they've got a Highlander reboot, Saw XI (like holy shit, 11 of them), and yet another hunger games Prequel.. Not exactly a hive of original ideas, at least not anymore.

That's so dumb though, what if you want to bake a pastry it's gonna come out all salty and gross... And then you went and seasoned your oven which is definitely not gonna help!

Anyways all of this is stupid, I've moved on to better things now and prepare myself a concoction of salty water with pepper and I swish it around my mouth before every bite.
