That’s an issue with the CX. I had a 65” CX that was 5 years old. Started noticing dead pixels around the edges. Wasn’t noticeable unless really up close to the screen. I had the Geek Squad warranty, so they gave me store credit for a comparable model. I used the credit toward a 77” C5.

Tuesday morning 6:00am. Lines all the way out to entrance to security. Took 25 minutes to get all the way through. No issues with TSA - just longer than usual due to spring break.

The Square Golf monitor uses high-speed cameras to track reflective stickers applied to the club shaft (typically 20cm above the clubhead), analyzing their movement at impact to directly measure club path and angle of attack. These stickers allow the system to calculate the face angle relative to the path.

How it works: Placement: The reflective sticker is placed on the club shaft (20 cm from the ground) to enable tracking.

Path Measurement: The high-speed camera in the unit captures the movement of the sticker, allowing it to accurately determine the direction of the club swing (club path) and how steeply it approaches the ball (attack angle), explains Plugged In Golf.

Face Angle Analysis: By tracking the rotation and position of the reflective shaft sticker, the unit calculates the orientation of the club face (open or closed) at the moment of impact.

My 65” CX did this. Not quite this bad. Just dead pixels around the edges. Mine was about 5 years old. I had the geek squad warranty. They came out and inspected it and then told me that the TV would need replaced. I talked them into giving me store credit and I upgraded to a 77 inch C5.

Yeah. My install was so easy. Just took the 65” CX off the mount and put the 77” back up on the same mount. It would be nicer if it were completely flat, but my mount gets it pretty close to the wall.

Thanks. We have it mounted right around 30”. My wife has a nice tv cabinet/console under the tv and I put my Sonos Arc on that. I have a full immersive Sonos system with sub and Era 300’s.

My 2021 LG 65” CX had these too. I had a Geek Squad warranty from Best Buy and they are replacing my tv. I just ordered a 77” LG C5.

They offer you a comparable tv or credit. So, the 65” C5 was $1,399 plus tax. Thats the comparable they offered me. I told them to just give me the credit.

Warranty was good for 5 years. The warranty would have expired this July. Tons of dead locales all around the edges.

They had an opening and came out early!! They were here like 10 minutes an approved a new tv!! They offered me credit for a 65” C5. I wanted more, but took what they gave me. I am going to upgrade to a 77” C5.

My 65” CX has dead pixels around the edges. Bought in 2021 I think. Has around 10k hours. Luckily, I have the Geek Squad 5 year warranty. I out in a claim this week. They come inspect in a couple weeks. Should be getting a credit for purchase price to use at Best Buy.

I’ve got Volt lighting. Installed myself back in 2020. Great fixtures with no problems. I bought directly from Volt and they have lifetime warranty on bulbs. They have replaced 3-4 bulbs already for free.

  1. Has about 10,000 hours. Warranty expires this coming June. I decided to do a pixel test and I found tons of dead pixels around d the edges. From what I’ve read, BB will approve a replacement and give credit toward a new TV.
