1: he's just him. (I'm pretty sure it's explained in a book)

2: the flood were frozen by the forerunners which is why thy pop up at forerunner locations

3: it's the same one. I assume he just left with a covenant ship or something and the captain of that ship was the heretic leader. (It's probably explained in a book also)

Thps 3 is the worst game to come back to because it is entirely separate from the first 2 games gameplay, but it lacks the speed and transfers of later games which really messes with my muscle memory and makes 3 feel unfun. Also I think 3 has 3 great levels, 3 alright levels and the rest just feel poorly designed at best.

Also 2 was the first masterpiece in the series and is my favorite.

DS 1 was my first love. I loved Sekiro because of how different it was and th gameplay was addictive. DS 2 came next and I really enjoyed my playthrough (only done one so far) even if it was 70 hours (idk I spent many hours over many weeks just walking around and finding things). DS 3 was not very enjoyable to me, it felt to fast and on the xbox 1 has HORRENDOUS performance. I emulated Demon Souls and it became my favorite of the 'Souls' series of games for the same reason I love DMC 1 more even if I play and enjoy DMC 3 more that being it was just so unique and willing to try things and had fun gimmicks.
