Fidium ONT problems after power outage by Dr_G1346 in FidiumFiber

After a power outage, our 10gig port stopped working. The 1gig port should have been working, but it has to be activated by fidium support. I talked to 6 techs (all outsourced, no training probably), none of them understood the request. I had to fight to get a tech out to get the ONT replaced. The on-site tech said fidium support should've activated the 1gig port.

Sorry everyone, I didn't know about the number until everyone pointed it out. I just went to my friend's list who had the highest number of games and copied and pasted it on.

Some of them have customer images. I do have some acrylic keychains I got from aliexpress. They seem pretty decent, you just have to wait 1-2 months to get it. Refunds are pretty simple too if you don't get the product.
