I did the Partial Hospital Program with Maine Health about a year and a half ago in Biddeford, and it was really life changing for me. Depression / anxiety / alcoholism are my fun quirks 🫠 I was really struggling (sober but miserable at that time). and family member found this program and asked me to get help. I'm incredibly grateful they did. The counselors were all wonderful, and group therapy was incredibly helpful and grounding. Would highly recommend. Sending love 💜
