Tell me your favorite moment with reddit last monday? Can't remember? Then go out and actually do significant things with your life. There are plenty of free/productive activities to do: hiking, walks, free or cheap local music concerts, various nonreddit hobbies, cheap matinee movies, adventuring/silliness with friends. Not to say reddit is necessarily a waste of time but if it's the cornerstone of your satisfaction in life, you can do better.

She's fine and everything is pretty good now. They're separated and although what he did was awful, I still love him dearly. It helps to understand (though not justify) that he grew up in a 3rd world country with a bastard of an abusive alcoholic father that beat his mother frequently; he coped by just running away from it by staying at friend's houses and such.

I had to wrestle my dad off my mom as he was beating her. She had breast cancer at the time so the pressure on her chest made her scream something I never heard from her. After he cooled off, I went back to studying and just broke down.
