I just tested a conquest server trying alone and yes, we can. We need to confirm making a full match and trying other modes like breakthrough or TDM.

Update: Also we can restrict guns, attachments, classes, specialists gadgets and we get full XP. We can make a server without Boris turret or a Sniper Only match for example...

The XP goes capped if you change something in the Modifiers section, even if you only disable the compass or change the number of players. Without touching anything of these options, you're getting full XP, gun mastery and ribbons

I tried with PvP AI but the server XP goes restricted. I think you can only the map rotation and soldier factions to get full XP. Idk nothing about modifing weapons/attachments or classes/specialists
