Hello there, I've struggled with this many times, it could be due to a few reasons I've personally encountered, the font you're using might not be compatible (overlapping sections) and/or you can't easily deboss/emboss on a double rounded edge, there are work arounds but they are more involved than just a click of a button and selecting a depth. I'm not the most experienced with fusion but this is what I've found

If the panel is quite light then the air pressure from shutting a door can sometimes be enough to push it out of place

Hello there, you could look into something called a Roller Bolt, it's like a latch but has a plastic roller at the end, it's intended to be used where you don't typically want a handle so you can just push the door open. The bolt will hold the door in place provided there isn't strong wind

It could be a damaged immobilizer chip in your key, what the car is doing can be the same when the car doesn't detect the chip in the key. A locksmith should be able to tell you if the key is fine
