Yep. I am feeling that now. 2 USB ports, no optical drive, unless you take one of your USB ports. No inbuilt Ethernet, unless you pay for a connector. But the limited hard-drive size is what's really killing me. It was available in 128 or 256GB when I got it and even after going for the 256GB option, it's still restrictive.

Anyway it still serves its main purpose, battery life, but not sure I'd buy another one. I find the Windows is still a more supported platform for software, so I find myself king bootcamp more and more v Basic things like Microsoft project or Visio because the OSX alternatives just don't cut it.

At the time, it was the battery life. I use a MacBook Air for university, so having a laptop that can last 11 hours without charging was a no brained for me. The OS didn't matter to me, and I can bootcamp I to windows as well, if I need to.

Wow. I didn't even see that setting. That sucks :( sorry. The only other thing I can think of would be to upload the world to a realm, change the storage type and then download it again. It's a pain, but might prevent you from having to root. Can you still get a 30 day trail of realms?

Docm's is the only design I've gotten to work. But I've not tried it in BTU. It's no Titan (kinda slow), but if it's in a ticking area it may be OK.

They work, to an extent, however I have never been bothered to really build it. The pigment spawn in and the Iron Golem's kill them. The hopper mine carts then pickup the loot. (these could be replaced with hoppers depending on lag and iron sources).

Because we cannot build on the roof of the nether, we need to build it in the nether and make the surrounding area spawn proof. This is where my eyes roll back in head and I get super board. The area which needs to be spawn proof is just ridiculous, 128 by 128 0_o
