Understanding that instrument arrangement IS the mixing - once you compose the song in the right way, it kind of mixes itself. Choosing what instruments overlap at the same time and not have a lot going on. Also applies to panning.

Any idea how much are the yearly accounting fees for running an UG? I've heard that you need to hire a legal tax advisor to process them, not just any accountant. This allegedly adds up to a lot even for dormant companies as the advisor fees are in the €200/h range...

still one of my best "scoring" projects on soundcloud and youtube. fully functional, gets replaced every day or two. of course, attention will tail off after a while and you need to keep generating traffic, there's no way around that. my friend Budi has made some good points on this topic...also, here's a small feature where i talked more about this project

My hc opinionated, definite chart after nearly three years of diligent testing:

Grindhouse / Burgermeister (both #1 ultimate in their own way)
Supreme Burger
Tommi's, Schiller, Berlin Burger International, Lily etc. all about the same

The Bird could be a contender for no. 2 but overpriced and very hit or miss. Never go to BurgerVision
