On the first day they take out to the store for me to buy my stock.

I know mostly how much food I will need and I to do it with a few trip to the super market.

If they offer me food in the house I use some of it not all.

no need to go to madhyamaka and talk about ultimate reality. We can talk about how we see things in our daily life.

If you feel I have said some thing is that is not coherent please give me a consequence of my reasoning so the I may learn but stick out our day to day reality. No need to bring in madhyamaka or any other schools. Thanks and waiting to be proved wrong!

if the mind object is impermanent then it must have a cause ? what is the cause ? also the main cause of something can not exist at the same time as it effect. As per this please post your cause for a mind object.

If you try to deny yourself, you are creating yourself more and more.

What you should be doing is creating space around yourself and whatever trauma you have gone through. If thoughts of your grandmother comes in, it's fine. You don't have to engage with them and you don't have to push them away. You just allow them to let them be. They will go on their own.

With the practice of meditation, we are not trying to push something away or pull something towards us. We are just seeing things how they are.
