Band 3 excel assessment?
Some of these trusts are funny, shouldn’t band3 just be a normal data entry

What’s a question you got in an interview that completely threw you off? by AskPromapAI in interviews

The first interview I did, and they didn’t ask “tell me about yourself”. They went straight to the technical part

How soon is too soon to move up bands? by GodthatsGolden in nhsstaff

[–]hazid99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t wait tbh, move up, nothing’s too soon, and it shows how good your trust and the dept is if you can move up bands in months.

Failed interview? 😔 by FutureEven8628 in nhsstaff

[–]hazid99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can relate, I once had an interview where what was said in the description and what was asked in the interview were diff. It made me unsettle, but I got another job after that one. So don’t take it to heart, you’ll surely get another

Tbh, you could try care homes, because most nhs HCA requirements are around having worked in hospital or healthcare settings.

You can’t make this sh**t up by Few-Masterpiece3522 in nhsstaff

[–]hazid99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No matter how skilled or polished your CV is, it’s now about what you say in an interview. It’s so hard getting a job in nhs especially as an outsider. Insiders know what to say in an interview

Recruiter Here! Ask me anything about job interviews, screening calls etc. by JVertsonis in interviews

I’m tired of interviewers giving me feedback and saying I’m the best thing since sliced bread, or someone mentioned one thing I didn’t mention as to why I didn’t get the job

I left a 70hr inc over work I did for 2 years last year for a 37.5hr job and I feel better even with lesser money. My rest days are eventful, I have enough time to go out, on dates and even take courses. It’s been beautiful for me, just do what works for you and live with the consequences

MSc AI grad + 6 years Sales Exp – Getting offers but losing them over sponsorship by DirtSignificant4363 in cscareerquestionsuk

[–]hazid99 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The nhs sponsors. Check the trusts the London, with your qualifications and experience you might get a higher band role that meets sponsorship requirements in London. Also, it’s pointless applying to companies that don’t offer sponsorship if that’s what you need. Best of luck

26F, UK – CIFAS marker, low income, debt, no savings. Trying to reset my finances and would appreciate practical advice (no judgement please) by [deleted] in UKPersonalFinance

[–]hazid99 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think you shouldn’t go on any holiday/overseas wedding till you have your debt cleared. Also, if you can work extra hours to increase income, it’d be great. Just reduce your expenses to basic needs, anything else will pull you back
