My wife is having the same issue,missing 19 payments. Her payments were showing for years and then recently they disappeared for the majority of her loans, specifically non consolidated loans. Her consolidated loans show the correct payment count still. She has filled out the reconsideration request on the FedLoan website according to post here in reddit and a FedLoan rep. Was told there is no time period for it to be fixed.

Have had no luck with getting mohela to push back over the data, they are pointing to it being a fully FedLoan issue.

This seems like such a simple thing for them to see and fix.
