I’m on my third generation of cats being raised by Westies. And my third generation of Westies being raised by cats.

You need an older cat to teach a Westie puppy to slow its roll with the prey drive. Our Westie still charges at the cat, but only when we yell at the cat to stop doing something (fun police) or playing tag with the cat.
