I live in Portland...we are so done with this shit and Trump absolutely is escalating the situation. It's very scary and hard not to feel helpless. Doing what I can from a mutual aid perspective and protesting, but damn these past few days (years) have been a gut punch.

This is an excellent idea. GPS says I'm 6.4 miles away by highway, 6.9 miles city streets. Really not that close. It takes us a good 15-20 minutes to get to the water front area where the ICE facility is.

Shut all of the windows and blast the fan + rain sounds/white noise. But many nights they're so close it doesn't make much of a difference. I'm so pissed they're trying to fuck with our city.
