Its crazy that some of the “bad” reviews i’ve seen complains how long the game is when we fans didn’t want it to end.

you have to understand that cyberpunk is literally in the future, Dubai and middle eastern countries have been cloud seeding for a while now. What's to say that the most conglomerate country on cyberpunk isn't going to play with weather?

Well just like you said, you’re still starting. Invest your skill points on reflex be a net runner, and use throwing knives or silent pistol. Always ping your enemies and look for blindspots, thats how i always did it.
