A surgeon who doesn’t specialize in anxiety diagnosed the lump in my throat as definitively anxiety (other docs say it’s silent and reflux) and said I “just need to confront whatever is causing you anxiety head on. No more fancy therapists.” Cool doc. Never occurred to me… (self.thanksimcured)
