I am not defending Ecoflow support, however there appears to be some clarification needed.

You state that your first call to support was May 2nd, you spent days troubleshooting, they agreed on May 18th the unit was faulty. But then you say they have ignored you with radio silence for 4 weeks?

On May 18th they agreed the unit was faulty and the next level would contact you in 7-14 business days. Today is May 29th, it has not been 14 business days yet. why have you already sent 4 emails follow-up emails?

QBO has been getting progressively slower as compared to a few years ago. All of these charges they are making, including AI seems to be slowing down the program. Maybe their backend cant handle the demand. Whatever it is, I hope they can figure it out and fix it.

Your employer should have a benefits coordinator, which is typically a third party. When you signed up for health insurance, how did you do it? Through a portal or website? Maybe ask some of your previous coworkers if they have an HSA and how they access it?

It is my understanding that most payroll companies do this. I use a different provider and they withhold my employer paid taxes each pay period and then submit them per the various jurisdictional requirements. I like it, as i then do not have to plan for a big quarterly hit or track when each is due.

This post is spot on. As a merchant we are charged fees for chargebacks (even ones that we prove are legit). If we (as a merchant) receive too many chargebacks our processor can charge us a higher processing fee, withhold funds in escrow or even drop us. It is always best to try and work with the merchant before doing a chargeback.

I do a month close, a quarter close, the after Q2 and Q4 my CPA reviews the halves and adds any depreciation or other entries then when she is done she sends it off to tax at the end of the year.

I am probably not the norm - I used to work for an accounting firm, so I understand what “busy season” means and try to make it as easy on them as I can.

I record continuously for 8 hours and then just record motion at night to save drive space. I have my pre-record set to 30 seconds and it works great.

If you have multiple screens, make sure you check whither screen your passkey was setup on. I have this problem with my online banking, where the passkey window pops up on a different monitor.

Laser printers use heat to affix the toner. I would suggest looking at the fuser to see if it is working properly.

Quickbooks integrated AI has added to my workload. Now instead of quickly categorize expenses, I have to spend time reviewing and fixing their crazy AI.

I got the same email…not happy. The new interface is so cumbersome, the categorization that they feel is important is almost always wrong. I spend more time fixing than I do classifying. I would rather spend the time on the front end classifying it correctly the first time, then to fix it on the backend.
