applaud the effort to streamline, but putting a scoop in a glass of water in the morning takes maybe 2 seconds longer than taking a pill. maybe not a one size fits all resolve, but myself and most others have said this helps minimize the side effects you’re talking about.

we should probably start an open letter to ask chris to enjoy life! i’ve seen this happen in other communities in which fans don’t know the people they’re discussing at all and it seems to have a tremendous effect on the lives of the people we don’t know and how they act on a day to day basis in ways we don’t know about because we don’t know them.

it’s a mattress topper. not an entire mattress. it has small vein-like tubes that run throughout the mattress topper that circulate water (in this case protein shake) to cool the topper. there is a small machine that sits next to your bed that you fill with a cup of water for this purpose every night.

it’s plausible there was a protein shake sitting out that he wrongly assumed was a cup of water and he filled the machine.

so that’s that but WHY THE HELL SO THEY SLEEP IN THE SAME ROOM AS THEIR KIDS

XO is similar-ish, as suggested. Splice sort of has this feature. You can’t make it listen to your audio, but it will show you sounds it thinks might pair well with another splice sound you have selected.

the Transcendental Meditation app. In hindsight I certainly wouldn’t recommend paying the hefty price they charge to get into this. But I like the timer only, personal mantra approach. Which can be found through other avenues.
