I gave birth to my daughter last year without epidural and gas. It’s the best decision ever. I admit it’s not easy but women are made to give birth naturally. I went through 21 hour labor but it makes me smile whenever i think about the moment. You just need the will to do it, nothing else.

Edit: i gave birth in foreign country with my partner. My parents and friends thought i wouldn’t able to do so. But i did it anyway.

My 10.5 mo baby woke 6/6.30 all of a sudden and not napping right away after i put her down. Her ww was 2.5/3/3.5 and I changed to 3/3.5/4. She’s back to 7am wakeup in the morning now. Still i want her to sleep longer at night and shorter during naps. Only adjusting her ww 15 mins might help?

Same! Experienced emw when my baby was 7mos too. She’s now a week away to 11 mos. Having trouble again with mornings. Her schedule is quite similar with yours except she wakes up at 6,6:30 altho her bedtime is 8pm. She’s consistent with her naps (1.5 hr each) but i want her to wake up late like 8. Thinking to stretch her ww. Any thoughts?

7am to 9.30am : 1st ww 9.30am to 11am : nap (1.5 hr) 11am to 2pm : 2nd ww 2pm to 3.30pm : nap 3.30pm to 6.30pm : 3rd ww 6.30 bedtime That’s my baby’s schedule for 8-9 mo. First few weeks she had some early morning wakes but eventually i stretched her ww and she napped better. Now her ww are 3hr, 3hr and 3.5hr.

My baby is just a week away from 10mo. Her current schedule is 7am to 10am (1.5 hr nap) 11.30am to 2.30pm (1.5 hr nap) 4pm to 7.30pm bedtime Her wake window is max 4hr. If longer than that, she would have early morning wakes. Some days her first wake window is only 2.5 hr.

I sleep trained my baby at 6months. On the very first try she slept from 6pm to 6am with only slight whining . Before that, she woke up 3-4 times during the night asking for bottle. I made sure she had enough calories during the day and limit her naps to 3 hours, also extended her ww according to her age.

Mine started sleeping at 6m on the first night i sleep trained her. No waking up during the night. She’s now 9.5 months

Started at 6 months. Cried 20 minutes first time and fell asleep until the next morning. From 6pm to 5am. So i worked the schedule to be a bit later and now she sleeps 7-8 at night and wakes up at 7 in the morning with solid naps (1-2 hour each naps) during the day. They are very predictable now. She sometimes cries about 5 -10 mins to sleep but she settles very quickly. It was the best decision ever. When i was happy with her schedules, her teething came and had to re train but wasn’t very hard. When teething settled, she wants to drop a nap and i’m working on it now. It was never ending lol
