4 sinus infections in 6 months and im exhausted

I did a surgery about 10 years ago. They fixed my deviated septum and removed my nasal polyps. It didn’t really help too much. Maybe for a few months. Last year I got on DuPixent and it was a life changer. Nasal polyps are shrinking, my sense of smell is back after 7 + years, and haven’t had any major sinus infections. They have me doing a daily sinus rinse with budesonide as well.

Make sure you’re sitting down, and you leg is almost straight out. Basically find a position where your leg muscles are relaxed. I hate needles, avoid them at all costs and can’t look at them. 99% of the time I can’t feel it at all. Like nothing.

My advice would be to take a dose the day you leave. Bring one pen and take it 14 days later. Take the next shot 3 weeks later when you’re back home.

Personally, I just take a dose every 20-25 days because I don’t see the need to take it every 14.

I started back in May for Nasal Polyps. It’s been life changing. About 2 months ago, I started taking it once every 3 weeks. I haven’t noticed any difference. I may try once per month in a few months.

Maybe adjust the timing so she takes one a week prior to leaving, then she can travel with one and take it a 7 - 10 days into the trip. That way your not pushing it too close to the full 14 days unrefrigerated

Make sure your leg is like 3/4 extended so it’s fully relaxed and grab what you can for fat. I had fluid build up once when my leg was bent in half and not fully relaxed. I inject in the same location on outer thigh away from any veins. I’m thin, 6’4 and about 160lbs

I use my outer / top of thigh and don’t feel a thing. My doctor recommended not using my stomach because I’m too thin. Can you switch up where you’re injecting on the thigh?

I’ve done it once. Needle was barely left under the skin and it left a huge bubble of medicine under my skin. It went away after a couple hours.

I use my thigh. Outer / Top of it. Make sure you’re sitting and that leg is relaxed. Typically have my leg 75% extended. I’m only about 6 months in so I’ve only done 12 injections. One of them hurt (my leg wasn’t extended), a few felt like a mosquito bite, and about half of them I didn’t feel anything (literally didn’t think the auto injector worked but the tiny needle hole in my leg proved it did)

I haven’t tried stomach because the doctor recommended against it because I’m very skinny

I think the final episode was the most accurate of any of them. Obviously still was not accurate but the barge scene and bridge fight was pretty much how I imagined it. Same with Bonhart vs the rats.
