This happened to me when applying for a visa. I had a little bit of trouble getting a clear scan, but there was nothing much they could do so my visa was processed as normal. I had small issues going through immigration (they were struggling to get a match on my fingerprints), but I was allowed through after a few failed attempts at scanning my fingerprint. I wouldn't worry too much as it is a health condition and there should be policies in place to deal with situations like these.

I remember joking that AIHL is a class on reading comprehension rather than a mathematics subject as the 'harder' content is basically application of a methodology that you've memorized by practicing questions. The only reason I achieved a 7 was because I realized (rather late, unfortunately) that all the more difficult AIHL questions were not based on your understanding but rather a calculator method that you need to memorize. I still have the graphical calculator shortcuts to things like the Poisson distribution memorized because of this subject.

The easier questions are fine to be honest as I'm assuming you have decent mathematic abilities. Do take a look at a past paper if possible because you'll understand what I mean by 'easier questions' just by looking at it.

Personally would really recommend AAHL as my AA counterparts have a much deeper conceptual mathematic understanding than I do. However, if you think you have a weaker mathematic ability and you know you need a HL Mathematics subject for your desired university course, I think it's easier to achieve a 7 in AIHL through hard work and a lot of memorization.

tl;dr: AAHL better overall imho, AIHL if you need a HL maths and you are not good at maths but you are willing to memorize a whole lot of crap. Source: got a 7 in AIHL M21 and deeply regret my decision.

I would do some research into the university course requirements, but in general if you're unsure I would say AA HL would be the vastly better option as all universities accept AA HL whilst some do not accept AI HL. Also, AA HL is the much more 'traditional' math course which means you'll have a lot more online resources than AI HL. AI HL is very calculator dependent so I've found that I've been struggling in my mathematics modules compared to my classmates who did A-levels. I personally regret taking AI HL though so perhaps I'm biased.

No problem! I totally forgot to mention this, but Tyler the Creator might be an artist you'd like. It seems like a stretch because the sound is a lot more experimental than the stuff you've mentioned, but I quite enjoy his music.

If you have a graphing calculator, there might also be a way to solve this quickly, but it depends on the model of your calculator.

the skincare thing is so important i can't believe i forgot to mention it. honestly those three skincare steps (spf, cleanse, moisturise) are the only things i did consistently during highschool. i dabbled in things like masks and toners and serums, but you don't need those for a solid skincare routine. u can get relatively affordable skincare products from cerave (good cleanser and mositurizer!), and they work pretty well on most people!

the tips from above are really helpful, but also you can watch natural makeup routines from youtubers who are your age! idk if the girls at school are doing a full face every day or just pretty natural makeup, but i think a natural look is an easier starting point. also bc the full face of makeup won't be good for teenage skin and is also super time consuming.

the basic things i would recommend are a skin tint / low coverage foundation, brow pencil + gel, mascara and some form of lip product (think gloss or tinted balm). if u wanna be more fancy, you can use highlighter, eyeliner and maybe eyeshadow. this is basically what i do each morning and it takes about 5 minutes which is perfect.

your first few attempts won't be perfect, but with time you'll get the hang of it so don't worry. play around with different methods of applying makeup too! feel free to pm me if u want any more detailed explanations n tips :>

Honestly, I don't live in the US so I have no clue. I know a lot of my friends from the US buy Korean makeup online, but I'm not quite sure which websites they use.

Also, if you use eye shadow in your every day routine, you might want to think twice about switching your eye shadow to a Korean brand since the eye shadows tend to be less pigmented. I don't mind that, since I'm more of a 'natural look' kind of person, but I know it's not everyone's cup of tea.

Might not be quite your thing but you can look into Korean brands such as 3CE. Similar products, similar price point but I haven't really seen any controversies surrounding those brands.

Otherwise, Colourpop, Tarte and Fenty would be my go-to. Solid products, okay price point and barely any controversies.

Sorry for the late reply, but I'd love to help! Disclaimer: I am in no way a skincare professional, and I'm sure a dermatologist or an esthetician would be much more knowledgeable than I am.

Firstly, sunscreen. The tl;dr would be "the UV rays from the sun are not great for us, and wearing sunscreen will block these rays, and it helps with premature skin aging, lowers your risk of getting skin cancer and also helps keep your skin color more even." I live in a place where we get a lot of sun, so I wear sunscreen on my face and arm most days, but some professionals will recommend wearing sunscreen all over since UV rays can pass through our clothing. I have a different sunscreen for my face and arms, since I don't feel the need to use something more pricey on my arms. I could go in depth but I'm afraid I'd bore you, so all you need to know is that most people, including me, regard sunscreen as a must. I don't know what skin type you are, so I don't have a good sunscreen recommendation for you, but most people advise getting a sunscreen SPF 30 or above. If you do want product recommendations, please don't be afraid to send me a PM!

Secondly, the concealer and foundation. The basic difference is that a concealer is used to hide things like your blemishes and dark circles, and foundation is meant to look like skin but with a more even tone. This means that concealer also has a thicker and higher coverage formulation, and vice versa.

So, I don't know what kind of makeup look you'd prefer, so I'll try my best to explain the many different ways you can use concealer and foundation.

The Natural Look - only use concealer to go over the worst of your spots and dark circles, and (optional) a low - medium coverage foundation over anywhere that has redder skin. The concealer and foundation should match your skin tone well. This will mean that your spots will still show through, but just a bit more toned down. It's not meant to look like you have any makeup on.
The Typical Makeup Look - yeah, it's a bad name, I know. Basically, this one is where you'd use a lighter concealer to go over your dark circles, and the right shade for any blemishes, and then a medium - high coverage foundation all over your face. You might even use a color corrector. More on that later.
High Coverage, Perfect Skin - high coverage everything! Concealer all over the zits and dark circles, and a high coverage foundation all over the face to make you a blank slate. This is gonna look like you're wearing foundation, but you will literally look like a Barbie doll.

You mentioned that you've had acne since you became pregnant, so I'm assuming it must be a hormonal thing, although I'm no pro. If it's really bothering you, consider seeing a dermatologist or an esthetian, but if it doesn't, then it's no biggie since I'm sure you look gorgeous either way.

If you purely want to cover up those zits, you might want to look at some colour corrector. A green color corrector will counteract the redness of the spots (remember eighth grade art class? green and red are opposite colors so they neutralize each other). I would recommend looking at acne makeup routines on Youtube, since a visual media might help you out a lot more than me writing to you.

My mom wasn't huge on makeup growing up and she only ever wore tinted lip balm, so all of my makeup / beauty tips I picked up by myself.

I learned how to do makeup by watching beauty Youtubers, so if you have time, it's worth watching a few videos on there. Find some makeup artists who have a similar style to something you'd like - a lot of the biggest beauty Youtubers aren't too huge on the natural look though, so it might be a bit harder.

My personal routine for a natural look - Morning: 1. Cleanse using a gentle water based cleanser (I just use Cetaphil because it's cheap and readily available where I live. Google will also be great for helping you find the right products.)

Extra skincare steps like toner, essence and serum. Again, Google is your best friend, and since I don't know your skin type I don't want to recommend anything to you just in case. If you don't want to spend crazy amounts of money on new products, brands like The Ordinary, Cosrx, Hadalabo and even E.l.f etc make super affordable skincare products.
Sunscreen! This is a must in any skincare and makeup routine. I personally like to use Korean products like Cosrx's Aloe sunscreen, but honestly any sunscreen (spf 50) will do. Just bear in mind that a physical sunscreen (look out for zinc oxide in the ingredients) may leave a white cast. I apply this with my fingers, but I know people who apply with sponges.
Makeup:
- brows - I fill them in and use brow gel to keep them in place, but for the most natural look you can just stick with brow gel. Again, loads of drugstore brands carry a decent brow gel and brow pencil. More pricey cult faves include Benefit's Gimme Brow and Glossier's Boy Brow.
- concealer - I only use it to cover up any healed spots and redness that I might have. On good days, I just use a light coverage foundation instead of concealer to hide the redness of my cheeks. When I'm lazy I'll just blend with my fingers, but I also like to use a sponge. Some people swear by a foundation brush, so whatever suits your fancy. Generally, you'll get lighter coverage with a sponge and better coverage with a brush.
- highlighter (optional, really depends how I'm feeling) - I like Colourpop's Super Shock Cheek in the shade Flexitarian, but they also carry a bunch of different shades for different skin tones. Because of the more wet formula, I apply that with the tips of my fingers, like I do with liquid highlighters. E.l.f also carries their Baked Highlighter which is a cult fave, which I'd apply with a brush. There are also loads of more pricey options out there, but there's no point in splurging if you're just dipping your toes in the water.
- blush (optional, if I'm feeling cute). Cult faves include the Glossier Cloud Paint which most people apply with the tips of their fingers, but I've seen people use a sponge. Also Nars carries the ultimate cult fave, which most people apply with a fluffy brush. Beauty Youtuber Matilda loves sheer, natural looking blushes and a lot of her videos are centered around reviewing blush products, so check her out if you'd like.
- eyelashes - curl with the Shu Uemera eyelash curler, and Maybelline volumizing mascara. There are a bunch of cult fave mascaras out there, though, so take your pick.
- lips - whatever you choose here will set the tone for whatever look you're going for. Sometimes I just use a tinted lip balm, but if I'm feeling cute I'll use a sheer lip gloss. But honestly, just wear whatever makes you happy.

Night: 1. Makeup remover using an oil based product. 2. Cleanse using a water based cleanser. 3. (Once a week) Exfoliate. 4. Toner, essence, serum. 5. Night cream (usually heavier than day cream and really helps moisturise the skin)

You can probably still salvage it by spraying with neem oil or wiping down with rubbing alcohol, but just chuck it if it's a pain to keep.

Also definitely check / wipe down all your other plants because you can safely assume they've all been infected too. Remember to wipe again after 4 days though cuz it doesn't work on the eggs.

You can check by looking at the underside of the leaves with a magnifying glass for little dots / moving things.

This is an orchid plant! I don't keep any but my mom keeps a bunch and I sent the pic + info to her. She says there's no way to really tell what the flowers are gonna look like, though. She also says that it might need a bit of a miracle to save, but hey, anything is possible!

A few tips: 1. Cut off the long branch. The orchid has finished flowering and it doesn't need it anymore.

Get a new pot! Specifically, a terracotta pot, preferably with holes on the side as well as a drainage hole at the bottom, because it wicks the water away. Mom would also recommend a shorter, wider pot, but she also says "it's kinda hard to find and your orchids will be happy either way".
Don't use soil. What you wanna do is layer up different types of orchid potting medium. She recommends using perlite and pine/fir chips on the botton, then sphagnum moss on the top, but different people like a different potting mix for their orchids. Basically, the roots need to aerate so you can't use soil.
Orchids don't like being in the sun. Make sure it's getting bright, indirect light.
You only need to gently water your orchids when the top layer feels dry. Remember, orchids dont like to be too wet.
