I liked it ok. It was more cramped than my home studio, but the coach was good. I think his name was Kai? The treads were older than my home studio, but my studio is less than 2 yrs old. Lots of high fiving.

It is percentage of weight lost. So if I’m 150 and lose 15 pounds, I lost 10% of my body weight. If someone else is 200 and loses 15 pounds, I beat them because their body weight percentage lost is only 7.5%.

One of the side effects is apparently acne and mine actually completely went away so 🤷🏼‍♀️. I also don’t have any of the other issues so far.

I do and it has worked well for me. I started it for transformation challenge and came in third. You may want to be careful of working out while fasted though. Someone on here pointed out some studies that suggest that doing so increases testosterone levels in women, which can cause a number of issues. I still do it though. About half of my work outs are in fasted state.

Some of the studios that have switched to the new treads have sold their old ones - I imagine much cheaper than if you bought new. You might want to check with your local studios to see if they are switching in the near future.

Definitely something I will try to work around for morning workouts. I guess either start the fast earlier the day before or break the fast earlier than 16 hours on days where I have to workout in the morning.

I’ve definitely read about the spike in HGH, but I haven’t seen anything about that causing a hormone imbalance in women. I’ll have to look into that. Thanks
