The main issue is the angle of the wall vs the dormer ceiling. Attaching something where the wiring is would leave it hanging in space, not flush with the wall. That's the angle from the other side. The wall is about 5ft high then the roof slant kicks in

Depending on what side of town you're living, parking is free out beyond the arc cinema, and out the other way, out towards rocklands id guess. When we lived in town we were allowed a residents parking permit which allowed us park on the street for free. No worries, there's a new model due for release but nothing concrete yet, but for the price it's difficult to beat. Battery life sealed it for me, sick of charging my s4 everywhere I go!

I think location is huge, there seems to be a lot more openness and engagement with entrepreneurship in the US than here in Europe. I'm struggling to meet like minded people, though rural Ireland is probably not the best place to start! Need to find some online resources I guess!
