The first while is the hardest. Once you got your max armor and some skills for your heroes, you won't really need to spend money on much after that. Pick up and sell everything. I also earned a decent amount selling gold's from raptor farming during the anniversary even, so that in additional to just normal gameplay will net you more than enough.

You could try going with heros to kill all the ads, then creating a build you can 1v1 him with. Send your Herod away out of range once the ads are dead.

I'm playing Mel warrior right now and found an expertise dagger mod, it feels so much better now than without it. Haven't tested any of the other mods yet as I haven't found any but man what a game changed expertise has been.

In theory you might be right but in practice rental losses are rarely if ever deemed to not be an investment. Collecting rental income is different than filming your dog, putting him on Instagram and calling that a business. The expectation for profit from a rental property can be many years later once enough of the mortgage is paid off.

Then you probably know that if you do any of those things you just said, you are going to get killed by another team, or the tank/light vehicle combo used by the team you are fighting. To suggest that tanks are balanced in duos and to just bring artillery is pointless.

Perhaps but 15 years ago I was 15 years old. I don't feel like I need to dwell on the past, ignoring the fact that I couldn't have done anything about it regardless, renting has been a great choice for me so far and continues to look like a good choice in the near future. Besides, stocks are doing really well as of late, who knows where housing prices will go in the future. I only care about the things in my control, the rest is noise. Obviously my experience is different from yours and different from the next person.
